No-Shows, Late Cancels and Cancellation Fee Policy
To be courteous to our stylists and other customers, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment. Customers who no-show or cancel within 24 hours on 2 occasions may be asked for a non-refundable credit card deposit to hold future appointments.
Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late by 15+ minutes, we cannot guarantee your service will be performed as scheduled. Tardiness may require rescheduling for another day. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every guest scheduled that day.
Damage to Property and Goods
Whip Salon is not responsible for any damage to items or personal property. We provide robes and capes to each client to change into for color services to protect any valuable clothing and we recommend doing so before starting service.
Whip Salon does not offer refunds or credits on its services. We take great pride in our reputation for delivering consistent quality services. If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received for any reason, you may return to the salon for the original stylist to redo the service within 7 days of the original service. Re-dos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. In some cases you may be able to schedule the re-do with a different stylist. Payment must be provided at time of service. Whip Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Sorry, we aren't able to accept Discover or checks. Tips must be made in cash.
Whip Salon does not offer refunds on services or products. We also do not accept any product exchanges.
